Whether you’re a resident, a truck driver who sees dirty or unsafe truck stops, or an Uber driver spotting road hazards — record it and send it through WhatsApp or our simple form. We’ll route it to the right department and follow up until it’s fixed.

Our Escalation Plan
When you report an issue through FixMyCity we don’t stop at a single message. We follow a clear, public timeline to make sure problems get attention — and, when needed, we escalate to higher offices and public channels to create pressure for a fix.
- Day 0: We post the report to the appropriate city department and log the case.
- Day 3: We follow up with the same authorities asking for an update.
- Day 7: If there’s no satisfactory action, we escalate to the Mayor and the local MLA.
- Day 14: Next escalation is to the full City Council and the Member of Parliament (MP).
- Day 30: If the issue is still unresolved, we bring the case to the media and opposition parties to generate public attention and accountability.
Report Card & Accountability: At the end of the 30-day cycle we publish a transparent report card that shows which officials and departments responded, what actions were taken, and who did not act. We use these public records to help residents make informed choices — especially near elections — by showing officials’ track records on real, reported problems.
